Project manager Sven Mölleken sums it up: “We want to create a place that gives us space for new ideas.” The plan is to carry out a discreet conversion that draws on the cool industrial vibe of the location. There will be a seminar area, surrounded by a cooking and bar area, and a spacious lounge area in the back. And, to round out the plans, a separate conference room and guest room. teamtischer plans to use the loft for its own purposes as well as making it available to other companies for events.
With this project, teamtischer picks up the thread from an earlier one that involved converting its former workshop halls into a campus center. Just a stone’s throw away, training sessions for customers and staff are held here in the model stores.
The Silbersee building complex is not only home to teamtischer but also to studios belonging to various artists and creative minds. Arguably its most famous neighbor is Anatol Herzfeld, who creates his etchings, paintings, and multiples here.
The new loft is to open its doors in October 2016.

If so, then it is time for one of our “whirlwind operations!” For example over 200 POS on a single weekend. This includes meticulously planned project work with a whole host of team players: Setting up model shops for training fitters and operators; coordinating over 200 fitters; providing over 100 fully equipped delivery vans; extensive construction folders containing all specifications and permits; cleverly devised route maps; perfect control centers; efficient emergency organization; complete coverage of all materials and equipment; and systems for return, storage, and disposal. teamtischer has carried out a total of six “whirlwind operations” in two years. Initially a new development, this is now a well-oiled market service. But one that still calls for the kind of attention to detail that allows us to give the green light to store after store – a great feeling indeed. All thanks to teamwork at its best!
Whirlwind operations – a teamtischer specialty
