Some 30 of Deutsche Bank AG’s corporate customers and consultants accepted the invitation to the Business Lunch. During a varied program, complete with sumptuous lunch buffet, the speakers illustrated the many different facets of cultivating loyalty among employees and helping them to develop to their full potential. In addition to the new BRSG (German: Betriebsrentenstärkungsgesetz) law for strengthening occupational pensions, Deutsche Bank presented its attractive time account program for SMEs. LOFT47 host Martin Tischer outlined the importance of employee satisfaction and the degree to which this has influenced his company’s success.
